Inspired by the many wonderful pictures of all those Smugmuggers!
I will try to take a photo a day, but it will not always be easy :-)

agilitypics > Little Piggy - Jan 13 2009

I was pretty desperate after a dull grey and wet wet day without a chance to shoot my DP. Had already decided to take a picture from our walk on sunday as my daily shot... when the gorgeous smile of this little pig seduced me while preparing dinner. Piggy was lit by a ceiling spot and a aluminum plate as reflector from the left side to brighten the dark shadows underneath the head.
agilitypics > Blowing in the wind - Jan 12 2009

It's thawing and all the colors and details are revealed again. Found this on the side of a frozen pond, the wind was slowly tearing it apart. Just before uploading it was brought to my attention by my wife that this image is somewhat suggestive ;-) So any resemblance with other things is pure coincidence!
agilitypics > Equinox aka Nox - Jan 11 2009

Although I made some fine winter shots today... I decided to go with some detail shots of Nox our Australian shepherd. Made this collage to do her justice...
agilitypics > Frozen by Padonna - Jan 10 2009

While shooting all kinds of frozen things (there's not much more to shoot now) this back lit spider web was screaming for attention. Natures simplicity can be so beautiful...
agilitypics > Sunset at Ogy - Jan 09 2009

Again a day of fog and frost... add a lovely sun and a clear blue sky and you have a wonderful opportunity to take gorgeous shots. So after work I shot 250 pictures and I must say, it was real hard to choose the DP! Went finally for the sunset because of the cool reflection on the ice. Have a nice weekend!!
agilitypics > Fog! - Jan 08 2009

Had fog most of the day and combine that with temperatures below 0C°... and you get great effects on trees, leaves and so on. I shot these trees before, but they weren't good enough as DP. Now, with the fog and frost added they do.

Had a rather hard and long day at work, so commenting on your pictures will be mostly for tomorrow.
agilitypics > White on green - Jan 07 2009

Very cold day today, had to jump start myself at 03.00 AM with a -12C°. Nothing like that to really wake up. Stayed below zero all day, but we didn't get fresh snow. Coming home from work I made a little detour to get some more snow shots. This is one of them.

Thank you all for the interest concerning my darling wife injuries... it's going very well, everything is healed and there were no complications. Only some colored bruises are still visible.
agilitypics > Snow dust - Jan 06 2009

Granted myself some (snow) shooting time at noon. Parked my truck along the side of the road and got me some nice snow shots. Just when I was finished this train whooshed by leaving a trail of snow dust. The shot isn't that sharp because I was still in manual focus mode and had to adjust very quickly.
The other shots are here: http://agilitypics.smugmug.com/gallery/6276185_6CSsv/1/450142420_c4h3h
agilitypics > Snow Chain - Jan 05 2009

At last some snow here... but it was more like sugar powder than real flakes. Thought this was a cool looking chain with a little pond behind it. I drew my attention because the complete lack of color. So this is not a B&W conversion... it's a non color shot.
